TOWN COUNCIL: Held on the 1st Wednesday of each month at 6:00 pm at the Laketown City Office located at 20 North 100 East, Laketown, Utah.

PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION: Held on the last Wednesday of each month at the Laketown City Office at 20 North 100 East, Laketown, Utah, at 7:00 pm in the winter. During daylight saving time, the meetings are held at 8 pm.

Town Council

Pursuant to section 52-4-202 of the Utah Code, the Town of Laketown hereby gives notice that the Laketown Town Council will generally hold its regular Council meetings for the 2022 calendar year on the 1st Wednesday of each month. The regular meetings begin at 7 pm and are held in the Laketown City Office located at 20 North 200 East, Laketown, Utah. All Town Council meetings are open to the public unless closed pursuant to Sections 52-4-204 and 52-4-205 of the Utah Code, relative to the applicable provisions of the Utah Open Meeting Act. Special or emergency meetings, in addition to those specified, may be held as circumstances require. A minimum of 24 hours' notice will be given for such meetings.

Scheduled regular meeting dates for the 2026 calendar are as follows:

  • January 7
  • February 4
  • March 4
  • April 1
  • May 8
  • June 3
  • July 8
  • August 12
  • September 2
  • October 7
  • November 4
  • December 2

Deadlines for submission for each Town Council Meeting during 2022 are 1 week before the scheduled meeting.

Planning and Zoning Commission

Notice is hereby given that the Laketown City Planning and Zoning Commission will meet in regular session on the last Wednesday of each month during 2022, at 7:00 pm in the summer and at 8:00 pm during daylight savings, at the Laketown City office, located at 20 North 200 East, Laketown, Utah. The exact time, date, and location will be provided in accordance with the Open Meetings provisions of the Utah State Code.

The specific meeting dates for the 2026 calendar are as follows:

  • January 28
  • February 25
  • March 25
  • April 29
  • May 27
  • June 24
  • July 29
  • August 26
  • September 30
  • October 28
  • November (no meeting unless needed)
  • December 30

The deadline for submission for each Planning and Zoning Commission meeting during 2022 is 1 week before the scheduled meeting.
